From the moment we at Kilsyth Cobras decided to embark on the basketball experience of a lifetime and selected the team at Aussie Basketball Travellers we knew we had made the right decision. Every possible detail had been taken care of, from alternate uniforms, sightseeing tours, NBA / NHL games, no ask or question was ever a problem. The personalised & professional service shone through when our LA bound flight was delayed & we missed our connecting flight to Seattle, a call to Kelvin back in Melbourne, at some ungodly hour & he sprung into action and he immediately arranged alternate flights, overnight accommodation & relayed to the folk in Alaska that the Aussie’s had been delayed.
A fantastic trip was had by all with many life long memories & friendships made across the USA made that much easier and memorable for all the right reasons thanks to the team at ABT. I can only hope that we get to do it again!!

Our ABT basketball tour exceeded all expectations. The professional service of all the staff at ABT allowed our boys to experience the basketball trip of a life time. The boys improved as basketballers through tough games and organised competitions at the right level throughout a number of states in the USA. The tour allowed for the right mix of urban and rural experiences which ensured the tour was also a great cultural experience. What was most impressive was the amount of experiences ABT facilitated which added significant value to our experience. Meeting the Mavs, Patty Mills and the Spurs as well as behind the scenes tour of Duke and NC State are still highlights for our tourers.

The staff at ABT were very helpful pre-tour and gave realistic timeframes of when information and uniforms would be provided to those on tour. ABT provided games at a variety of skill levels and locations around the USA and were very accommodating to the individual needs, and destinations of the tour. ABT also provided means of communicating back home and navigating when on the ground in the USA. The players on the tour left with an experience of a lifetime they will never forget, and only good memories of basketball and the USA.

"I have been involved with USA tours spanning 20 years taking tours every two year which in total was 10 tours - my last 6 tours were involved with Aussie Basketball Travellers. Everything fell into place beautifully and made it an experience to enjoy instead of one filled with stress. When we did need to speak to someone, we were able to reach David Greenburg or Kelvin Taylor 24 hours a day if need be. David or Kelvin also touched base with us at least every 3 or 4 days to make sure everything was okay. All in all the tours were a great success, giving the children from the Wanneroo Basketball Association the trip of a lifetime."
