Refund Policy for tours
If cancellation is :

  • Initial Deposit - Refundable ($500 non refundable)

  • More than 120 days prior to departure 20% of the total cost is non-refundable

  • 76-120 days prior to departure 45% of the total cost is non-refundable

  • 61-75 days prior to departure 75% of the total cost is non-refundable

  • Less than 61 days prior to the group's departure No refund
